During my Christmas stay at a charming retreat, I was delighted by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Despite a minor check-in hiccup, they graciously resolved it while we enjoyed a drink on the lovely terrace.The hotel's location, nestled between the port and the enchanting old town of Ischia Ponte, was perfect for exploring. The friendly and informative staff provided valuable insights on local gems and amenities. The spa, offering a thermal water pool and relaxing treatments, was a highlight. Furthermore, the delectable breakfast and dinner perfectly encapsulated the fusion of modern comfort and Italian culinary delights.In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional.
